All Stainless Steel Pressure Gauges
Our all stainless steel pressure gauges are available in multiple dial sizes to suit compact installations and large plant environments. Select your required dial diameter below to view available pressure ranges and connection options.
40mm All Stainless Steel Gauges
Compact, robust gauges designed for demanding hydraulic and pneumatic service.
50mm All Stainless Steel Gauges
Performance and reliability in hydraulic, pneumatic, and process environments where ruggedness and media compatibility matter.
63mm All Stainless Steel Gauges
Rugged construction with industry-standard accuracy for reliable pressure indication in hydraulic, pneumatic, and process environments.
100mm All Stainless Steel Gauges
Clear, dependable pressure indication in hydraulic, pneumatic, and process environments where ruggedness, reliability, and visibility matter
160mm All Stainless Steel Gauges
160mm dials for installations where readability at a distance is important — from plant floor monitoring to process equipment panels.
Our all stainless steel pressure gauges are manufactured with fully stainless construction — including the case, wetted parts and internal components — providing exceptional corrosion resistance, durability and hygienic suitability for demanding industrial environments.
Designed for use in food & beverage production, pharmaceutical processing, petrochemical plants and marine applications, these gauges offer long-term reliability in aggressive or high-humidity conditions where standard brass-internal gauges may not be suitable.
Why Choose an All Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge?
Unlike standard gauges that use brass or alloy internal components, all stainless models provide:
- Superior corrosion resistance in chemical and washdown environments
- Improved temperature tolerance
- Hygienic compatibility for cleanrooms and sanitary zones
- Longer service life in aggressive media
- Professional appearance for visible installations
These gauges are ideal where durability and material compatibility are critical.
Dial Sizes & Configurations Available
We supply stainless steel pressure gauges in the following standard dial diameters:
-
40mm All Stainless Steel Gauges
-
50mm All Stainless Steel Gauges
-
63mm All Stainless Steel Gauges
-
100mm All Stainless Steel Gauges
-

Larger specialist sizes (200mm, 250mm and 300mm) are available on request.
Each size is available in:
- Dry (standard) format
- Glycerine-filled versions for vibration damping
- Bottom entry (radial) connection
- Back entry (axial) connection
- Panel, surface, clamp and flange mounting options
This allows you to select the most appropriate configuration for your installation requirements.
Pressure Ranges & Connections
Our stainless steel gauges are available in a wide range of pressure scales including:
- Vacuum ranges
- Compound gauges
- Low pressure applications
- Standard industrial ranges (e.g. 0–6 bar, 0–10 bar, 0–16 bar, 0–25 bar, 0–40 bar and higher)
Connection options include 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" BSP, NPT and specialist fittings to suit your system.
Maintenance & Serviceability
Gauges 50mm and above feature a removable bezel, allowing easier recalibration or servicing where required. This makes them particularly suitable for facilities operating maintenance schedules or quality systems.
Calibration certificates can be supplied on request for customers requiring traceability.
Typical Applications
All stainless steel gauges are commonly used in:
- Food & beverage processing lines
- Pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments
- Chemical dosing systems
- Marine and offshore installations
- Steam and sterilisation equipment
- Process control panels
Selecting the Right Stainless Steel Gauge
When choosing a gauge, consider:
- Dial size (visibility vs space constraints)
- Pressure range
- Media compatibility
- Mounting orientation
- Vibration level (dry vs filled)
If you're unsure which specification is suitable, our technical team can advise.
