Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

KERN, OHAUS & Sauter Products

KERN, OHAUS and Sauter products are supplied to us from European distribution warehouses before being dispatched to you. Please allow approximately three additional working days for delivery of these products, on top of our standard order processing time.

We will contact you if we become aware of any unexpected delay affecting your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer calculated shipping for orders shipped within the UK. Many items qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to countries outside of the UK

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.

How to Check the Status of Your Order

If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@gnw.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is eligible for delivery.
