Returns
The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us that you'd like to cancel your order to return the goods to us.
However, we accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including custom made, personalised and downloadable items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is not returned completely (missing parts)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received notification of an approval of a refund, please check your bank account or credit card. It may take some time for the refund to be posted as available funds.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item (the one you have received is faulty or has been damaged), send us an email at sales@gnw.co.uk and return your item to: GNW, 101a Sefton Street, Southport, PR8 5DD, United Kingdom.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: GNW, 101a Sefton Street, Southport, PR8 5DD, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you return your order in full we will refund the original shipping costs as well, however if for whatever reason this isn't received please email sales@gnw.co.uk.
If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.
