Laumas PSCLS Load Cell Mounting Kit

The Laumas PSCLS load cell mounting kit is a mechanical mounting assembly for Laumas CLS compression load cells used in industrial weighing systems. It provides a controlled interface between the load cell and the supporting structure, helping installers manage alignment, height setting and side load restraint during installation.

This range includes two item codes: PSCLS2000 for applications up to 2000 kg maximum static load, and PSCLS for applications up to 5000 kg maximum static load. The correct version should be selected to match the load cell and the required loading arrangement. Where the existing installation is being replaced or upgraded, the original kit code and load cell specification should be checked before ordering.

The kit is manufactured as a hot galvanised mounting assembly and incorporates an adjustable upper plate. A ball joint provides restraint against lateral forces and anti-tilt movement while also helping compensate for misalignment of the support plates. This is particularly relevant where fabrication tolerances, frame movement or site installation conditions may otherwise introduce unwanted loading into the compression load cell.
