Laumas PVCLSEN1090 Load Cell Mounting Kit
Laumas PVCLSEN1090 Load Cell Mounting Kit
The Laumas PVCLSEN1090 is a mounting kit for CLS compression load cells in the 1000–2000 kg range. It is used where the load cell must be installed as part of a controlled mechanical weighing assembly, rather than simply bolted into a structure without restraint or alignment provision.
This kit is intended for industrial weighing applications such as rollers, platforms, tanks and hoppers. Its function is to support correct load introduction into the compression load cell while helping the structure accommodate small misalignments between support plates. For engineers and system integrators, this reduces the need for improvised mounting arrangements and provides a defined Laumas accessory for the CLS load cell family.
- Load cell type: Laumas CLS compression load cells
- Compatible capacity range: CLS 1000–2000 kg
- Application range: up to 2,000 kg
- Joint arrangement: ball joint in AISI 304 stainless steel
- Adjustment: height adjustable
- Certification: EN 1090-certified mounting kit
- Net weight: 0.6 kg
The ball joint provides constraint against lateral forces and anti-tilt movement, which is relevant in process weighing systems where mechanical side loads can occur during filling, discharge, vibration or structure movement. Height adjustment assists during commissioning, especially when several load cells are installed under a vessel or platform and the load path must be shared correctly.
Before ordering, confirm that the load cell model, capacity and mechanical arrangement match the PVCLSEN1090 specification. The mounting kit rating should be considered alongside the vessel or platform dead load, maximum live load, number of supports, centre of gravity and any additional forces from pipework, agitators or connected machinery.
For replacement work, match the existing Laumas mounting kit code and check the installed CLS load cell capacity. Where a weighing structure has been modified, re-check alignment, restraint requirements and total loading before reusing or replacing the kit.
