Laumas V15000EN1090 - V30000EN1090 - V100000EN1090 Load Cell Mounting Kit
Laumas V15000EN1090, V30000EN1090 and V100000EN1090 Load Cell Mounting Kit
The Laumas V15000EN1090, V30000EN1090 and V100000EN1090 series is an EN1090-certified compression load cell mounting kit range for industrial weighing systems using compatible Laumas CBL, CBX and CX load cells. It is intended for installations where the load cell requires controlled mechanical location, resistance to lateral movement and anti-tilt restraint.
Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, the kit is suited to demanding industrial environments where corrosion resistance and structural reliability are important selection factors. The EN1090 certification relates to use as a structural component in plant and machinery, making the range relevant for engineered weighing assemblies where documentation and compliance requirements must be considered during specification.
The mounting arrangement uses laminas to resist lateral forces, together with an anti-tilt constraint formed by two threaded rods with self-locking nuts. This helps stabilise the load introduction point and supports correct compression load cell alignment during operation. It is particularly relevant on equipment exposed to vibration from moving parts, such as mixing machinery, process vessels and bulk handling systems.
Model Selection
- V15000EN1090: listed for CBL 15,000 kg and CBX or CX 30,000 kg load cells, with a stated maximum capacity of 30,000 kg.
- V30000EN1090: listed for CBL 30,000 kg and CBX 50,000 kg load cells, with a stated maximum capacity of 50,000 kg.
- V100000EN1090: listed for use with two CBL 50,000 kg load cells, with a stated maximum capacity of 100,000 kg.
This mounting kit range is commonly specified for silos, tanks, hoppers and mixing machines where compression load cells are integrated into the support structure. Correct selection should take account of the load cell model, capacity, number of supports, load distribution, restraint requirements and the mechanical design of the weighing structure.
For replacement or new-build weighing systems, confirm the existing load cell type and capacity before selecting the kit. Where vessel movement, vibration, pipework forces or structural deflection are present, the mounting arrangement should be reviewed as part of the overall weighing system design.
