Laumas VCOKDTL Load Cell Mounting Kit
Laumas VCOKDTL Load Cell Mounting Kit
The Laumas VCOKDTL is a heavy-duty load cell mounting kit for industrial weighing installations using Laumas COL and COK column load cells or the Laumas DTL double shear beam load cell. It provides a defined mechanical interface between the structure and the load cell, helping engineers achieve a controlled installation rather than mounting the cell directly into the plant framework.
Manufactured from galvanised steel, the kit incorporates two integrated galvanised steel stay rods with dual ball joints to counter lateral force. This is important in process weighing applications where tanks, silos, hoppers or mixing machinery may be affected by vibration, moving parts or wind effect. The assembly also includes an anti-tilt constraint formed by two threaded rods with self-locking nuts.
The VCOKDTL range has an application range up to 50,000 kg. Selection should be based on the installed load cell model, loading arrangement, vessel support design and the number of weighing points in the system. Available item codes include VCOKDTL/COK, VCOKDTL/COL and VCOKDTL/DTL, so the correct version should be matched to the corresponding Laumas load cell.
Engineering Use
This mounting kit is commonly specified where a stable load introduction path and restraint against unwanted structural movement are required. It is relevant for new weighing systems, OEM machinery builds and replacement work where existing column or double shear beam load cell installations need compatible mechanical mounting hardware.
- Manufacturer: Laumas
- Product type: Load cell mounting kit
- Compatible load cell families: COL, COK and DTL
- Construction: Galvanised steel mounting kit with integrated stay rods
- Application range: Up to 50,000 kg
Before ordering, confirm the load cell type and required VCOKDTL variant. For engineered systems, the complete vessel support arrangement, restraint requirements and load path should be reviewed to ensure the mounting kit is correctly applied.
