Laumas T8 Load Cell Mounting Kit

The Laumas T8 load cell mounting kit is a galvanised steel mounting assembly for compatible Laumas single-point load cells. It is used where a weighing structure needs mechanical support, controlled load introduction and restraint against unwanted movement, without over-complicating the installation.

The T8 range is specified for Laumas AZLI, AZL, AZS and AM single point load cells. Official Laumas data identifies T8AZL for AZLI load cells up to 50 kg, AZL load cells up to 100 kg and AZS load cells up to 200 kg. T8AM is specified for AM load cells up to 300 kg. The overall application range is up to 300 kg, subject to the selected model and load cell capacity.

A self-centring joint foot provides restraint against lateral forces and anti-tilt movement. This is important on small tanks, hoppers, platforms and roller systems where side loads, frame movement or imperfect support geometry may otherwise influence weighing performance or place unnecessary stress on the load cell.

Height adjustment is included to help compensate for misalignment between the support plates of the structure. During installation, this assists with load sharing across multiple supports and helps the engineer achieve a more controlled mechanical interface before calibration.
