The Laumas FUN Wire Tension Load Cell is a specialist wire rope measuring load cell designed for load limiting duties in lifting and handling systems. As a Laumas Speciality Load Cell, the FUN series is used to measure rope tension where direct installation into the load path is not practical, supporting industrial weighing, overload monitoring and process safety applications.

This clamp-style wire rope load cell is suited to cranes, hoists and lifting equipment where rope tension needs to be monitored without major mechanical modification. Manufactured from AISI 4140 nickel-plated steel with an IP67 protection rating, the FUN series is designed for industrial environments and is available for rope diameters from 6 mm to 36 mm, with wire rope tension ranges from 2,000 kg to 40,000 kg.
