100mm Bottom Entry Glycerine Filled Pressure Gauge

100mm Bottom Entry Glycerine Filled Pressure Gauge

This 100 mm glycerine-filled pressure gauge is intended for machinery and fluid-power systems where vibration or pressure pulsation can make a dry pointer difficult to read. Its 100 mm dial is easy to read during routine inspections and gives the scale more room for clear pressure graduations. The liquid filling dampens movement caused by vibration and pressure fluctuations, helping the operator obtain a steadier reading at the equipment.

The bottom entry format is suited to upright installation on pipework, gauge valves, manifolds and plant equipment. This arrangement suits pumps, compressors and hydraulic systems where the gauge is mounted directly above the pressure connection. The selected range should accommodate normal operating pressure without placing routine readings at the extreme end of the scale.

Applications

Hydraulic Power Units

Glycerine filled design helps steady the indication on hydraulic power packs where vibration or pressure pulsation may affect gauge readability.

Pump Discharge Monitoring

Bottom entry mounting suits pump skids and discharge pipework where a vertical gauge position gives operators a clear local pressure reading.

Compressor and Pneumatic Systems

The 100mm dial is practical for compressor packages and air distribution points requiring visible pressure indication during maintenance checks.

OEM Equipment Panels

Equipment builders can use the 304 stainless steel case and brass wetted parts on compatible machinery requiring a durable local pressure gauge.

Features

Dial

The 100mm dial provides a clear reading surface for plant operators and maintenance teams. It is well suited to installations where pressure must be checked quickly during routine inspection.

Configuration

The bottom entry connection supports direct mounting on pipework, manifolds or equipment ports. This configuration is commonly selected where the gauge needs to stand upright from the process connection.

Construction

A 304 Stainless Steel case provides robust external protection for industrial environments. Brass wetted parts should be selected for media compatible with brass pressure components.

Accuracy

Accuracy is specified as 1%, supporting dependable pressure indication when the gauge range is correctly matched to the duty. This should be checked against the required process tolerance before selection.
