Sauter HO HRC Hardness Test Blocks
HRC comparison blocks for Sauter HO testers
Sauter HO HRC blocks provide defined comparison points for routine checks of compatible HO UCI hardness testers. They are useful when you want to confirm that the instrument and probe are producing consistent results before testing a batch or returning a tester to service.
Four blocks cover selected Rockwell C ranges from 28 to 63 HRC. Each stainless-steel block is 90 mm in diameter, giving the probe a stable test surface when used in accordance with the tester instructions.
Available blocks
- HO-A09: 28–35 HRC
- HO-A10: 38–43 HRC
- HO-A11: 48–53 HRC
- HO-A12: 58–63 HRC
Choose the block closest to the hardness range you normally measure. These blocks support routine performance checks; they should not be described as a substitute for a scheduled calibration unless the required certification is supplied.
