214E High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump – -0.95 to 200 bar

214E High-Pressure Pneumatic Test Pump

The 214E generates pneumatic pressure from -0.95–200 bar, covering vacuum and unusually high positive pressures without introducing hydraulic fluid into the test system. It is intended for pressure gauges, transmitters, switches and sensors that are compatible with clean air.

The long lever makes high pneumatic pressure easier to generate, while the fine-adjustment screw provides increments of 1 Pa for setting individual test points. This is the fineness of the pressure adjustment, not an accuracy specification for the pump.

The hard-anodised body measures 470 × 262 × 170 mm and weighs 6 kg. A reference instrument, suitable adaptors and correctly rated hoses are required to form a working comparison system. Confirm the required outlet thread before ordering.

Applications

High-Pressure Gauges

Compare air-compatible gauges at defined points up to 200 bar.

Pressure Transmitters

Apply controlled pneumatic input while monitoring the transmitter output.

Pressure Switches

Record operating and reset pressures on compatible switches.

Vacuum And Compound Instruments

Use the negative range for instruments that extend below atmospheric pressure.

Features

Vacuum To 200 Bar

Generate negative pressure and high positive pneumatic pressure from one pump.

Air Pressure Medium

Test compatible instruments without filling the system with oil or water.

Fine Adjustment Screw

Make smaller pressure corrections after the main lever has built pressure.

High-Pressure Lever Design

The extended mechanism assists manual generation at the upper end of the range.
