Adam Equipment GBK-S and GFK-S bench and floor scales

The GBK-S and GFK-S ranges combine weighing, checkweighing and parts counting for packing benches, stores and production areas. Choose a GBK-S for smaller loads on a compact bench platform, or a GFK-S for larger items requiring a floor scale.

GBK-S models offer capacities from 8 to 120 kg on a 300 × 400 mm pan. GFK-S models cover 75 to 600 kg, with a 500 × 400 mm pan on models up to 300 kg and a 600 × 800 mm pan on the 600 kg model. Compare capacity, readability and platform size in the specification table below.

The shared five-key indicator displays weight in 40 mm-high digits. In checkweighing mode, its backlight changes colour to show whether the load is below, within or above preset limits. Percentage weighing, check counting and accumulation support further routine weighing tasks.

RS-232 is standard for compatible printers and computers; USB is optional. The scales use a mains adaptor, with an optional internal rechargeable battery for use away from a power socket. Contact GNW before ordering if you need either option.

Applications

Bench weighing

Weigh components, containers and smaller parcels at a workstation with a GBK-S model. Choose the capacity and readability to suit the load and the smallest weight difference you need to see.

Packing and production checks

Set upper and lower weight limits to check filled containers or packed products. The colour-changing display helps operators spot loads outside the required limits.

Parts counting for stock checks

Count batches of similar components using a representative sample weight. Choose a model with suitable readability for the individual parts and sufficient capacity for the complete batch.

Floor weighing of larger loads

Use a GFK-S model for larger cartons, containers and production loads. Match the platform dimensions and capacity to the complete load, including any container.
