The Kern ABP-A range comprises advanced analytical and semi-micro balances designed for laboratories that need fine readability, automated sample access and effective control of electrostatic influences. The range includes 0.1 mg, 0.01 mg and dual-range models, supported by single-cell weighing technology and automatic internal adjustment.

Three automatic sliding draught-shield doors can be opened by sensors, controls or a gentle push. A memory function stores the preferred opening position to help reduce unnecessary exposure of the weighing chamber. An integrated ioniser helps neutralise static charge, while selected 0.01 mg models also include an adjustable internal draught shield for increased stability.
