Laumas TFCGP Load Cell Mounting Kit

The Laumas TFCGP load cell mounting kit is a mechanical mounting assembly for FCOL and FCK bending beam load cells in light industrial weighing systems. It is intended for applications up to 300 kg and is commonly specified for small tanks, hoppers, platforms and similar structures where the load cell needs a controlled and repeatable mounting arrangement.

Rather than fixing a bending beam load cell directly into a fabricated structure, the TFCGP provides a defined interface between the load cell and the supporting frame. The kit is made from AISI 304 stainless steel and includes an upper plate with a compression joint in AISI 304 stainless steel and rubber. This arrangement helps accommodate support plate misalignment, which can otherwise introduce unwanted side loads or inconsistent load transfer.
