Laumas V15000, V30000 and V100000 Load Cell Mounting Kits

The Laumas V15000, V30000 and V100000 mounting kits provide a mechanical mounting solution for industrial compression weighing systems using compatible Laumas load cells. They are intended for CBL, CBX and CX compression load cells, with model selection based on the load cell type and rated capacity installed in the system.

These kits are used where a load cell requires controlled load introduction, lateral restraint and anti-tilt protection within a practical mounting assembly. Typical installations include silos, tanks, hoppers and mixing machinery, particularly where vibration from moving parts may affect the weighing structure.

Model Compatibility

• V15000: for Laumas CBL 15,000 kg, CBX 30,000 kg and CX 30,000 kg compression load cells.
• V30000: for Laumas CBL 30,000 kg and CBX 50,000 kg compression load cells.
• V100000: for Laumas CBL 50,000 kg to 100,000 kg compression load cells.

Construction and Installation Function

The mounting kits are made from AISI-304 stainless steel and incorporate laminas against lateral forces. An anti-tilt constraint, consisting of two threaded rods with self-locking nuts, helps provide mechanical restraint around the load cell position.
