Sauter DB digital torque gauges are bench-mounted instruments for checking clockwise and anticlockwise torque on torque tools, closures and assembled components. Capacities from 0.5 Nm to 500 Nm allow the range to cover delicate fasteners through to higher-torque industrial tools.

Peak mode captures the highest torque reached, while track mode displays changing torque continuously. Programmable upper and lower limits provide clear visual and audible guidance for repeat verification work, and the internal memory stores up to 500 readings. USB and RS-232 interfaces support transfer to compatible recording or analysis systems.

The DB is suitable for production inspection, maintenance departments and test laboratories requiring repeatable torque verification. Select the model by expected maximum torque, required readability and the fittings needed to connect the item under test. A suitable calibration and traceability arrangement is still required where the result will be used as formal calibration evidence.
