Kern PLS precision balances provide external adjustment, graphical operation and capacities extending from fine laboratory measurement to 20 kg. Readabilities from 0.001 g to 0.1 g support samples, formulations, components and larger routine loads.

A recipe database stores complete formulations with ingredient names and target values, while dosage assistance and selectable filters support controlled material addition. The multilingual graphical display guides operators through weighing and recipe procedures, and finer-readability models include draught protection.
