100mm Bottom Entry All Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge

100mm Bottom Entry All Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge

This 100 mm dry pressure gauge provides a straightforward local reading for process equipment, pipework and machinery where stainless construction is required. Its 100 mm dial is easy to read during routine inspections and gives the scale more room for clear pressure graduations. A 304 stainless steel case surrounds the instrument, while 316 stainless steel wetted parts provide process contact for suitably compatible media.

The bottom entry format is suited to upright installation on pipework, gauge valves, manifolds and plant equipment. It suits relatively stable process pressures where an upright stainless gauge is needed and liquid filling is not required. Choose the pressure range and connection to match the installation, and confirm that the wetted materials suit the process medium and temperature.

Applications

Hydraulic Power Unit Monitoring

100mm dial and bottom entry layout suit local pressure indication on hydraulic power packs, manifolds and test points where operators need readable gauge feedback.

Process Skid Instrumentation

Stainless steel construction makes this gauge a practical choice for OEM process skids handling compatible liquids or gases in industrial service.

Water Treatment and Utility Pipework

The 316 stainless steel wetted parts are well suited to compatible water, utility and treatment duties where corrosion resistance is a selection factor.

Plant Maintenance Pressure Checks

Maintenance teams can use the bottom entry arrangement on fixed pipework or equipment points requiring clear, repeatable local pressure indication.

Features

Dial

The 100mm dial gives a clear local indication for plant operators and maintenance teams. Its size suits panel, pipework and equipment installations where readability at close range is important.

Configuration

The bottom entry connection is intended for installations where the gauge is mounted upright from below. This configuration is commonly used on pipework, manifolds and process skids.

Construction

A 304 stainless steel case provides robust external protection in industrial environments. 316 stainless steel wetted parts support compatibility with suitable process media.

Accuracy

The stated accuracy is 1%, supporting close pressure indication where readings are used for monitoring or adjustment. Confirm the required pressure range and duty conditions before selection.
