100mm Bottom Entry Glycerine Filled All Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge

100mm Bottom Entry Glycerine Filled All Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge

This 100 mm mechanical gauge brings together stainless steel construction and liquid-filled pointer damping for industrial pressure measurement. Its 100 mm dial is easy to read during routine inspections and gives the scale more room for clear pressure graduations. The glycerine helps control pointer movement, while the 304 stainless steel case and 316 stainless steel wetted parts support use with compatible media where stainless materials are specified.

The bottom entry format is suited to upright installation on pipework, gauge valves, manifolds and plant equipment. It is a practical choice for pumps, process lines and machinery where an upright stainless gauge must cope with vibration or fluctuating pressure. Model selection should reflect the working pressure, connection, medium, temperature and the amount of vibration present at the measuring point.

Applications

Pump Discharge Monitoring

100mm dial and glycerine filled construction suit local pressure indication on pump discharge lines where vibration or pressure fluctuation may be present.

Process Skid Instrumentation

Bottom entry mounting works well on packaged plant and OEM skids requiring a front-facing stainless steel pressure gauge for operator checks.

Hydraulic System Pressure Checks

The glycerine filled design helps steady the pointer on hydraulic units and test rigs where pulsation can make dry gauges harder to read.

Stainless Steel Process Pipework

With 316 stainless steel wetted parts, this gauge is suited to compatible services where stainless steel contact materials are specified by the plant standard.

Features

Dial

The 100mm dial provides a clear analogue indication for plant operators and maintenance engineers. Its size suits panel, skid and local process readings where visibility matters.

Configuration

Bottom entry connection supports direct mounting into vertical pipework, manifolds or instrument take-offs. This configuration is commonly used where the gauge is read from the front.

Construction

A 304 stainless steel case provides robust external protection in industrial environments. 316 stainless steel wetted parts support use where compatible process media require stainless steel contact materials.

Accuracy

The stated accuracy is 1%, supporting controlled pressure indication where repeatable readings are required. Buyers should match this value to the required measurement tolerance for the application.
