213E100 Pneumatic Test Pump – -0.95 to 100 bar

213E100 Pneumatic Test Pump

The 213E100 is a hand-operated air pressure pump covering -0.95–100 bar. It provides vacuum and positive pressure from one unit, making it useful for comparing gauges, transmitters, switches and sensors against a separate reference instrument.

A lever generates the main pressure, while the fine-adjustment screw provides increments of 1 Pa for setting individual test points. This is the fineness of the pressure adjustment, not the accuracy or uncertainty of the calibration system.

The hard-anodised pump measures 400 × 262 × 170 mm and weighs 5.5 kg. It is smaller than the 200 bar 214E and offers more range than the 70 bar 213E70. Choose it when the required test points exceed 70 bar but a pneumatic medium is still preferred.

Applications

Gauge Comparison

Check compatible gauges against a suitable reference across defined test points.

Transmitter Input

Apply a known pneumatic input while observing transmitter output.

Switch Testing

Increase and decrease pressure to determine switch operating points.

Field Verification

Take the pump to installed instruments where removal would be inconvenient.

Features

Vacuum To 100 Bar

Cover compound, vacuum and positive-pressure instruments with one air pump.

No Hydraulic Medium

Avoid introducing oil or water into compatible pneumatic instruments.

Fine Pressure Adjustment

Settle on individual test points after generating the main pressure.

Hand-Operated Source

Carry out comparison work without an electric pressure controller.
