214L Hydraulic Test Pump

The 214L is a manual hydraulic pressure pump for generating pressures from 0–700 bar. Used with a suitable reference gauge, it can check high-pressure gauges, transmitters, switches and sensors in a workshop or on site.

Separate versions are available for mineral oil and distilled water. Select the correct version for the instruments being tested and do not interchange media unless the pump, seals and complete test system are suitable.

A reinforced lever builds pressure, while the fine-adjustment screw provides increments of 0.1 kPa for setting individual test points. This is the fineness of the pressure adjustment, not the accuracy or uncertainty of the complete calibration system.

The pump weighs 4.7 kg and measures 384 × 198 × 180 mm. Confirm the required outlet thread and ensure every hose, adaptor and instrument is rated above the maximum working pressure before use.
