Laumas BASESUPFIL - BINF Load Cell Mounting Kit
Laumas BASESUPFIL - BINF Load Cell Mounting Kit
The Laumas BASESUPFIL - BINF range comprises stainless steel mounting bases for building compression load cell mounting assemblies. It is used with specified Laumas CBL, CBX and CX compression load cells where a threaded upper base and turned lower base are required as part of the mechanical installation.
For engineers and weighing system integrators, correct base selection is important because the mounting interface affects load introduction, alignment and long-term serviceability. The BASESUPFIL upper base is combined with a matching BINF lower base, with the BINF size selected according to the compatible load cell model.
Verified Compatibility
- BASESUPFIL + BINF100: for Laumas CBL 15,000, CBX 30,000 and CX 30,000 compression load cells.
- BASESUPFIL + BINF126: for Laumas CBL 30,000 and CBX 50,000 compression load cells.
- BASESUPFIL + BINF165: for Laumas CBL 50,000 to 100,000 compression load cells.
GNW lists BASESUPFIL as a threaded upper base in stainless steel with an M12×1.75 mm thread. The BINF lower bases are turned stainless steel components, listed as BINF100, BINF126 and BINF165 with corresponding diameters and heights of Ø110×22 mm, Ø140×23 mm and Ø180×23 mm.
Installation Context
These components are intended for compression load cell installations in industrial weighing systems such as tanks, hoppers, silos, process vessels and OEM machinery. They provide the mechanical interface between the structure and the load cell assembly, so the selected variant should be checked against the load cell type, capacity and mounting arrangement before installation.
As with all load cell mounting hardware, the surrounding structure must be rigid, level and prepared to transfer the load correctly. Where lateral restraint, anti-lift protection or additional alignment compensation is required, the complete weighing assembly should be reviewed rather than selecting the base components in isolation.
For replacement work, match the existing Laumas item code and confirm the associated load cell reference before ordering. This helps maintain compatibility with the original weighing system design and reduces the risk of fitting an unsuitable base to a high-capacity compression cell.
