Laumas T12F Load Cell Mounting Kit
Laumas T12F Load Cell Mounting Kit
The Laumas T12F load cell mounting kit provides a mechanical mounting interface for compatible bending beam and shear beam load cells used in industrial weighing systems. It is intended for applications such as tanks, hoppers and platforms where stable load introduction and practical installation alignment are required.
Two variants are listed for this product range. T12FCAGP is for Laumas FCAL and FCAX load cells with an application range up to 1500 kg. T12FTAGP is for Laumas FTK, FTKL, FTP, FTP-P and FTZ load cells with an application range up to 2000 kg. The correct version should be selected according to the installed load cell model, rated capacity, number of supports and the total loading conditions of the weighing structure.
The kit uses an AISI 304 stainless steel upper plate with a compression joint in AISI 304 stainless steel and rubber. The lower plate and block are galvanised steel. This construction supports reliable load transfer while helping compensate for misalignment between the support plates of the structure, which is a common consideration in fabricated vessels, frames and process equipment.
For OEMs, maintenance teams and weighing system integrators, the T12F offers a structured method of installing the load cell rather than mounting the sensor directly into the mechanical assembly. Correct installation can help reduce avoidable side loading, improve repeatability and simplify service work when load cells need to be inspected or replaced.
- Manufacturer: Laumas
- Product type: Load cell mounting kit
- Compatible load cell types: Bending beam and shear beam, depending on variant
- Typical uses: Tanks, hoppers, platforms and multi-support weighing structures
- Application range: Up to 1500 kg or 2000 kg depending on model
Before ordering, confirm the full load cell part number and ensure the selected mounting kit variant matches the weighing system design. Where a system includes dynamic loads, vibration, thermal movement or uneven support conditions, mechanical review by a competent weighing engineer is recommended.
